I started by building core technology operations and security practices, then expanded into AI governance and practical tools for teams across the business. The focus is straightforward: make technology reliable, safe, and useful for the people delivering and supporting care.

The company operated across dozens of offices, so much of the work was standardizing systems without losing sight of local needs. I helped move the organization toward a cloud-first environment, coordinated vendors and internal teams, and managed cybersecurity risk and incident response.
